Spotless rooms, excellent heating, complete kitchen facilities, tram station nearby, easy self check-in/out, responsive host. Grocery store across the street, central location, spacious and modern house with high ceilings and wooden floors. Comfortable bed, nice shower, convenient storage space. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city, as it is near the city center and close to everything. You can easily walk to the main sites and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Plus, if you're in the mood for some live music, there is even a restaurant with live performances right next door.
The noise from the neighbors can sometimes be a bit bothersome.

Communication with Maya was mind-blowing and she provided us with super tips on what to do. The apartment was jaw-droppingly clean, modern, and comfy. Check-in instructions were incredibly easy to follow. The location was perfect, with restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. The self check-in system was a breeze. The bed was incredibly comfy. The kitchen had all the cookware and utensils we needed, including an electric kettle and microwave. The room was clean with constant hot water and good heating. The property felt very secure with multiple entrances. It was conveniently located between the bus station and main sites. There were nice restaurants in the area. The value for money was great.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the city center and within a short walk to all the main attractions. the room was immaculate, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. the host was extremely helpful and provided valuable information about the area. the hotel also offered a well-organized and affordable parking garage nearby traveling by car.
That we had to purchase a permit in advance for the Petrinjska parking garage without any prior warning.

I recently stayed at Spin&Fly for my first visit to Zagreb. The apartment was conveniently located just a 6-minute walk from downtown. Despite the graffiti in the area, the apartment itself was newly renovated and cozy. It was spotlessly clean and had top-notch amenities, including a comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchenette, and a luxurious bathroom. The security measures, with passcodes for entrance and a hard key for the apartment, made us feel safe. The check-in process was seamless, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Selina, the host, was exceptional in her communication and ensured all our needs were met. Highly recommended!
Recommend this hotel.

Perfect location for bar hopping, all within stumbling distance from the property. The Main Bus Station was conveniently located 1.2 km away, just a short stumble away. The shared lounge area was a great place to accidentally meet new drinking buddies.
Oh, what a shame, no complaints! Everything was just so perfect, it's almost boring.

The host was like a best friend, giving us jaw-dropping recommendations and making us feel at home. From the balcony to the spacious bathroom, every detail was perfect. Plus, the nearby parking was a game-changer. Highly recommended for a super stay!
